*Early bird fee: The early bird discount rate is applicable to registration received on or before 19 September 2025 (Friday).


Group Discount:

  • 10% discount for groups of 5 to 10
  • 15% discount for groups of 11 to 15
  • 20% discount for groups of 16 or more

Remarks

Substitutions - You may make substitution before the conference. The registrant must submit substitution changes to the event manager by email (iiahk@plus-concepts.com) before the event start. Badge sharing and on-site substitution are strictly prohibited.

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund - Unless the event is cancelled by IIA HK, conference fees will not be refunded. Refunds, if any, will only be made after deducting all necessary expenses such as bank charges. IIA HK reserves the right to change the date, schedule, venue, format and content of the event; and IIA HK is not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. airfare, accommodation, transaction costs, surcharges etc.) that may be incurred or arise directly or indirectly due to the postponement/cancellation or other changes of the event.
