Women Chief Executives Hong Kong (WCE HK) will host its first Women Chief Executives Summit (WCE Summit) on 3 November 2025 at HKEX Connect Hall.

This year's theme, "Leading in a Dynamic World - Inclusivity, Innovation, Impact," highlights the need for resilient, inclusive, and future-focused leadership. Together, we'll explore how these values are redefining Hong Kong's role on the global financial stage and driving impactful change and progress in a dynamic world.

About Women Chief Executives Hong Kong (WCE HK)

WCE HK is a group of current and former female chief executives from Hong Kong's leading financial institutions, united by a shared passion for diversity, inclusion, and the continued development of Hong Kong as an international financial centre.

WCE HK has 4 workstreams. This Summit is led by the Advocacy workstream under the leadership of senior executives from organisations such as Standard Chartered, UBS, and HKEX. WCE HK brings together influential leaders dedicated to empowering established and emerging female talent through advocacy, mentorship, education, and strategic partnerships.
