All fees paid (if any) are non-refundable except when the event is cancelled.
You may make substitution one week before the conference (subject to the approval of the organiser). Conference fees (if any) will not be refunded.
Confirmation will be sent via email one week before conference commences.
Once enrolment has closed, no changes, replacements, or amendments to the enrolment will be permitted under any circumstances.
By participating in the event, you understand and agree that HKIB may use your photographic images and video footage in perpetuity for advertising and publicity on its marketing platforms.
HKIB has the full right to host this event virtually and/or in other format(s).
Due to limited venue capacity, HKIB and the event organiser may offer a virtual pass in place of an in-person seat where necessary, even if in-person attendance has been selected at registration.
The conference will be postponed if No. 8 typhoon signal or above, black rainstorm warning or “extreme conditions” is hoisted on the event day. Conference fees will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to alter the contents of this conference and/or the identity of the conference presenters due to circumstances beyond our control.
The HKIB would issue the "Certificate of Attendance" to participants who have complied with the "HKIB Attendance Policy", please refer to link below: https://shorturl.at/V151n
The first name and last name (e.g. CHAN Tai Man) provided will be used in the Certificate of Attendance for CPD declaration, no amendment shall be provided upon registration.
The certificate will be sent to participants via provided email within 1 month after completion of the programme.
In complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the information provided here will be accessed only by the organiser, event manager and event sponsors for the purpose of this conference.
We will not use your personal data for any other purposes without your prior consent unless such use is permitted or required by law.
