Event Overview

About WCE Summit

Women Chief Executives Hong Kong (WCE HK) will host the second annual Women Chief Executives Summit (WCE Summit) on 2 November 2026 at the Hopewell Hotel, during Hong Kong’s Financial Megaweek.

The inaugural 2025 event brought together over 200 leaders and government officials, with speakers spanning finance, culture, sports and beyond. Building on that success, this year’s summit will welcome an anticipated 400+ attendees and deliver an enhanced programme under the theme “Female Voices of Impact and Innovation”.

The programme will spotlight the pivotal role of women in technology, innovation, and emerging sectors, and examine how inclusive leadership, cross-sector collaboration and decisive action can strengthen organisations, empower talent and contribute to Hong Kong’s long-term competitiveness.
